· Mechanical Engineering P Eng. Licensed by Professional Engineers Ontario PEO 

· 10+ years of successful experience as Quality Engineer, 3rd party Lead Auditor and Management Consultant

· Automotive Qualified Lead Auditor IATF16949 and Certified QMS Lead auditor (50+ Companies across North America) by using physical (Face to Face) or Remote (Virtual) auditing techniques

· Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) and Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), In process for achieving CMQ/OE

· Coordinating new launches, leading APQP Teams, creating DOE and submitting PPAP based on OEM Specific Requirements (GM, Ford, FCA, Volvo, Toyota and BMW)

· Experienced in proactive initiatives and risk analysis studies (FMEA)

· Extensive knowledge and experience in consulting for design, implementation and problem solving QMS in automotive supply chain 

· Experienced in Root Cause investigation, problem solving techniques and Improvement projects 

· Enthusiastic, Self-Motivated, Active team organizer/player and Results oriented 

· Effective Communication, Interpersonal and Organizational Skills

· Experienced in Automotive OEM Applications (E Supplier, Covicint FORD/ GM, Toyota Supplier and Volvo) MS-Office, Minitab and MSP, data processing and interpretation.
